• What is the music like?
  Too much is made of music styles in today's church.  God desires that we worship Him in Spirit and in truth.  He is not interested in traditional or contemporary.  It is our purpose to joyfully, yet reverently, adore our Lord through music.  We cherish the great traditional hymns and we value God-honoring, Christ-exalting comtemporary music as well.  We have chosen to worship in a traditional style but with a celebratory manner.  When you come to WBC, you will sing hymns and worship choruses in a manner which brings glory to God.  His desire is that we make a joyful noise unto Him.
• What should I wear?
  Dress is not an issue at WBC.  Many of our members dress in their "Sunday best" but many are casual.  We desire people to feel comfortable when they enter our worship service.
• What type of Baptist Church is Welcome?
  Welcome Baptist church is a Southern Baptist Church that affirms the Baptist Faith and Message 2000 (http://www.sbc.net/bfm/bfm2000.asp).  We are part of the South Carolina Baptist Convention and the Greenville Baptist Association.
